Hi, few weeks ago I made a comment and I give the feedback to Mthor about my case, then I revive the contact from one of Mthor founder in order to understand the situation and he explained what happened and solved everything. Thanks for that and I understand that is part of continuous improvement, but the most important thing was the attention e effort to solve, learn and be prepared to provide a better service.

The pair of Yeezy are great
The pair of Yeezy are original, brand new. The size is perfect, as chosen from thr website.
The shipping to Romania was not expensive at all and the pack arrived in good condition
I have one more pair with exactly the same size but from Japan. Now I have 2 same yeezy pairs and I love them.
Just a note on the shipping time, the estimation was about 10 days and it took about 14. No problem for me but just to be aware that it may take longer :)

I got my package (Asics snickers) as fast as it possible. I contacted with the shop several times over WhatsApp. Every contact was very pleasent and they gave me very detailed information as for transport. It took couple of days cause to deliver by local DPD linehaul, it was shipment from France to Polanand. Very good service, guys always responded to my messages. Snickers are comfortable. It takes some time to receive your order, but you get notifications whenever there is an update. Great quality on the products. Very fast delivery when the products are dispatched from the sender. Highly recommend!

Delivery took almost month
I ordered shoes at Mthor shop and the delivery was 10 days late. When i got the shoes they were a little bit dirty and there was some hanging threads. I got -20€ off because of these. They are friendly and nice but not going to order them anymore because the delivery took so long.

Absolutely great experience!
I made the order the 19th of March and got the shoes the 14th of April (they tell you before that it will take some time to get the items). I ordered from Sweden and it got delivered perfectly with PostNord.
Got the right shoes; correct model, size and condition - in the original box.
Got frequent updates from the procedure and it all felt very safe and professional.
Im happy to say that I really recommend this place!
