Canon: the PowerShot SX740 HS compact

The Canon collection at MTHOR Shop brings together Canon cameras sought after on the resale market, starting with the PowerShot SX740 HS compact, checked by our team before shipping. It is aimed at anyone who wants to buy a compact Canon camera with a long-range zoom, a lightweight alternative to a DSLR that has become hard to find in stores. Canon announced the PowerShot SX740 HS on 31 July 2018: it features a 20.3-megapixel CMOS sensor, a 40x optical zoom equivalent to 24-960 mm, the DIGIC 8 processor, 10 frames per second burst shooting and 4K UHD video recording, a first for the PowerShot range, in a 299-gram body. MTHOR Shop, a French authenticated resale store, lets you get these cameras with worldwide delivery in 2 to 8 days to your door against signature, customs included.

The iconic pieces of the Canon collection

The flagship piece of the Canon collection is the PowerShot SX740 HS, here in the Lite Edition, a pocket compact that packs a 40x zoom, a 3-inch tilting LCD screen, a pop-up flash and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity to transfer images to a smartphone. Its 24 to 960 mm range covers wide-angle travel shots as well as telephoto for concerts, sport or wildlife, and it films in 4K UHD and in Full HD at 60 frames per second. The renewed interest in digital compacts, driven by the "camera look" sought after on social media, has made the SX740 HS one of the most in-demand Canon compacts.
