Daniel Caesar: the collector's Freudian vinyl in limited edition

The Daniel Caesar collection at MTHOR Shop brings together authenticated Daniel Caesar vinyl, starting with the Freudian LP in a Graffiti Records exclusive pressing, a translucent cloudy blue vinyl limited to 2,000 copies. Born Ashton Simmonds in 1995 in Scarborough and raised in Oshawa, Ontario, the Canadian singer released Freudian independently on 25 August 2017 and won the 2019 Grammy for Best R&B Performance for "Best Part" with H.E.R. Every Daniel Caesar vinyl offered here is checked by our experts, with payment in 4 interest-free instalments and worldwide delivery.

The iconic pieces of the Daniel Caesar collection

The flagship piece of the Daniel Caesar collection is the Daniel Caesar Freudian Graffiti Records Exclusive LP Vinyl (LE 2000) Translucent Cloudy Blue. Released on 1 November 2023, this pressing reserved exclusively for Graffiti Records is numbered in an edition of 2,000 copies, on a translucent "cloudy blue" vinyl that lets the light through and turns the record into a display piece as much as a listening format. Freudian contains the tracks that made Daniel Caesar known worldwide, including "Get You" with Kali Uchis, "Best Part" with H.E.R., "We Find Love" and "Blessed", and it is still regarded as one of the most influential R&B albums of the late 2010s. Later colour pressings of Freudian exist in several shades, but the cloudy blue Graffiti Records variant is the rarest, which makes it the most sought after by R&B vinyl collectors.

FAQ — Daniel Caesar at MTHOR

How can I tell whether a Daniel Caesar Freudian vinyl is the authentic Graffiti Records edition?

At MTHOR, every Daniel Caesar vinyl is checked before shipping: factory shrink wrap and limited-edition sticker intact, translucent cloudy blue colour matching the Graffiti Records pressing, label credits and barcode consistent with the reference, flawless sleeve, then a UV lamp and microscope check of the printing and the centre label.

Is the Freudian vinyl delivered sealed, and how is it protected in transit?

Yes. The Daniel Caesar Freudian Graffiti Records LP sold at MTHOR is delivered in its factory shrink wrap, never opened or played. We ship it flat in a rigid vinyl mailer with corner reinforcements to prevent bent sleeves or warped records.

Can I return a Daniel Caesar vinyl?

Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to return your Daniel Caesar vinyl, provided it is in its original condition (never worn or used, packaging intact, seal not removed). The refund is processed within 24h of receiving the return.
